Here at Brandy & Ashlynne's LaTier Sanctuary, we provide a safe place for abandoned, stray and surrendered animals. We are on call 24 hours a day. We have no fee for surrender, or pick up. All animals we adopt out WILL be spayed/neutered. We offer low adoption fees. And for whatever reason you cannot care for your pet we have a pet return policy. We accept all breeds of dogs, all types of animals.
We are currently unable to house cats. Sorry for any inconvenience.
"Saving one dog will not change the world, but surely for that one dog the world will change forever."-Karen Davis
"We yearn to give displaced animals a safe place to rest their heads and fill their bellies. Furthermore, a place where they feel unconditionally loved and feel as though their lives DO MATTER" - L.T.S.
The stray population in 2017 exceeded 70 million, unfortunately there were only around 3,500 shelters available. Only 6-8 million were able to find refuge, leaving 64 million animals homeless and deserted having to survive on their own. Not to mention that over 1.5 million impoverished animals were euthanized due to lack of harborage.
Donations can be called into River Bend Veterinary Hospital in Diamondhead, MS under LaTier Sanctuary.(228-222-5330) Please leave your name and a call back number so we can formally thank you!

Everyone please be advised, when adopting a rescued animal, you have to be opened minded. We are told things about where the animal came from sometimes, but we will never know the truth. These animals need patience, time and love. They were just ripped away from the only thing they have ever known, and given to some "random" people. They are scared and confused. Please give a rescue more than a night to show you how loving they are. We love them and we want the best. We will always take our animals back, but we hate for them to go through so many drastic changes. Please ensure you are ready for a rescue before you decide to make the decision. Also, if you are looking at a certain breed, please do research!!
